The main issue is to make sure your vet gives euthasol in the vein. Some vet's give Euthasol (euthasol is pink) or a blue solution in the stomach, and this takes longer to act unless the cat is VERY ill. The blue kind seemed to take even longer to act, and I will specifically request the PINK
