Sorry about Bailey, brings back toughts of Bamama.
I know you are on Epoygen but there is a vet in Colorado his
name is Dr Cahill.
He is a very nice man and he is at a diagnostic center for
animal. I will tell you I used him for Bamama I had a phone
consolation. I basicly was looking

That sounds very promising. I know that Epoygen takes time to
work I heard from people on the anemia group that sometimes the
blood goes down but you don't want it to go up too fast too
soon so sounds like Bailey is on the right side of the track.
As for the clindamycine, Bamama got
Hi Michelle,
When my was anemic and wouldn't eat I tried raw she really
didnt like it most of my cats do not some do. My homepathic vet
told me that I should not feed raw to a fiv/felv cat. That it's
better to blanch it and feed semi raw. Now I know some vets say
yes and some say no.

Hi all
Belinda
Sorry to hear that Bailey is still not feeling all that great.
Thought not sure but since he is eating mostly liquid maybe he
doesn't have any thing to hold the poop in? There is no
consistence to hold it in? Not really sure. Can you give him
something maybe to help bind him?

Hi
I used it a couple of years ago on my fiv cat.
She was anemic and found it helped alot. But she was so far
gone by the time I used it she had the side effects of the ill
feelings but within a few hours she was like a new cat for a day.
There are different protocols.
One is 3x a week then

Marrissa,
Very touching story that you wrote about Jake. Unfortunately
can't view the pictures since it said it is timed out hopefully
later I can open and view the pictures of Jake. Sometimes we
find that certain cat that seems to touch us in a little
different way than the others.

Hi did your vet do bloodwork. Sounds like Hyper Thyroid maybe.
If you vet doesn't feel like that it could be and has not
tested I would test anyway.
My one cat didnt' show the normal signs someone on this group
mentioned a Hyper-T test so we did and the vet was surprized
she was.
You
Belinda
Well at least you won part of the battle and Bailey is not
longer anemic.
Hugs to him and I hope he starts feeling better soonI am
just so happy he is at least doing better with the anemia part.
That is really tough been there and I didn't have luck with
battling anemia.
Hugss
Cindy
If I recall there are two test one is more sensitive than the
other.
There is a T-4 and a T something else. My vet does the four and
I think the other is more complexed and many vet don't do it
for some reason or another.
Sorry maybe someone on list may know this is going back 3yrs
Fingers Paws crossed her too for Stinky here on my end.

You may try some baby stewed prunes. I use to give that along
with pumpkin for my cat when she was constipated. She hated the
pumpkin but when I was able to syringe the prunes alot easier I
guess it due to the taste as there is some apple juice, my vet
told me to use the baby stewed
Cindy,
I am so sorry to hear that Stinky passed away. Sometimes no
matter how much we try we can help them. YOu can second guess
what you should have done or not. I did the same but I guess
that is just natural of a good mom. I am sure Stinky is
watching over you and is happy with the time

I am truly sorry for your loss of Pookie. At least Pookie had a
good last part of his life with love and understanding that he
recieved from you. Working in rescue I know how hard it is to
loose a foster and the mishandling at clinics is just horrible
at times.

I think it was a sign.
I know I have always dreams or signs of a cat that has past.
Somehow I think it' s their way of letting us know they are

Yes she does do recommandations. She is the one who recomended
me to Emergency over Rescue. I myself found better results with
Emergency than Rescue. I found that the Em does alittle more
for my cats than the rescue but that's my opinion.
She is not a vet but she does give flower essence
