Does anyone know of some spare interferon omega that may be available in the
US? I have a 3 legged cat that has just been diagnosed with a fibro sarcoma
tumor related to vaccinations. This tumor is in her last remaining rear
leg. I've contacted people in England but the price is so exorbitant
Get a hold of Casa De Los Gatos. Great group. I sponsor a FIV Tuxedo kitty
named Turbo Girl. Beth Montes has pu heart and soul into it. They are in
Tuscon, AZ. go to casadelosgatos.org

I've been using Imulan for Taz for a while. I started her on it when she was
about 6 months old (when I found her). She was very symptomatic whici is why
I took her into the vet. They tested her and she was positive. She had a temp
of 105, wouldn't eat and very lethargic. I took her home
I have seven cats, the youngest being Taz was diagnosed with FeLv when she
started getting sick after about 1 month with my other negative kitties all of
which are vacinated. I took Taz in to get her looked at and to get her shots.
That's when they tested her for FeLv and she came back
Taz and I are still here. I look forward to this talk. I'm glad there is so
much good input and caring from people for the positives. I wish more would be
educated.

Yes, it's her white blood count that is dropping.

Hi Lisa,
I'm currently using Imulan on my FeLV kitten. She was very very sick before it
came in. She was anemic and her blood caounts were low. Since the Imulan she
is back to her old goofy self. She's not anemic but her blood counts still
continue to fall. That bothers me. The vets aren't
I had a problem getting my cat to eat when she was sick. My vet said to try
canned salmon or tuna. She said the stinkier the better because it will
entice her sense of smell. I tried it and she's right. Taz likes the canned
salmon better. Hope this helps.
Lorrie,
I have an FeLV positive kitten also who is about 3 to 4 months old and only 3.8
pounds also. She developed a sore on her mouth that slowed her down
considerably and I thought I was going to lose her. My vet was waiting on this
new FDA medicine she had heard about and ordered for me.
