I know that sometimes with dogs, thyroid issues can cause
aggression, I don't know if it is the same with cats, maybe ask your vet
about it.

Consider spraying Feliway spray in the area she stays or contact a
holistic vet. I have had wonderful success with the Feliway (I have
not tried the knock-offs. When I need it I want to be able to count
on it.)
