I do cat rescue in Texas and EVERYONE is difficult to deal with..OMG.
I told the group I volunteer for about this group and they flat had a
fitsaying it was "irresponsible" for anyone to keep felv+/-

Yes, you need to watch the diarrhea closely. Not the
actual diarrhea itself (LOL), but make sure it isn't
getting out of hand because kitty could become
dehydrated just like us humans from losing fluid.
