I am so sorry to hear that. Unfortunately, my expertise is with FIV, and the two cats that we had who tested positive of FeLV on the combo tests, after being retested with the IFA, were both negative! How old is Jean-Luc now? Maybe it's too early to test, I now that with FIV, it is. From:

Hi Anna! Glad to have you aboard. I would make sure your older cat is vaccinated against FeLV before having them together. Even though the vaccine is 80% effective, it's better than no protection at all. The vaccine has to be given in two doses, 3 weeks apart (so don't expose your older cat
