I won't do it. Any thing that makes player stop to think should be
avoided. I strongly recommend:
Bbsus(add 2)
This sets Bb-C-Eb-F, and no one gets confused.
Bb2 means C is the highest note, and should not allow Eb
Please disregard my rests issue. I solved it. Sorry I wasn't patient enough to
find the answer on my own.

Did a song in bass tab with win2006b. The rests are grey and don't show up on
the print out. Any idea why and how I can fix it?

That's not really true. There is nothing in chord symbol nomenclature
that says what the distribution of voices is aside from the bass
note; that's why it is a chord symbol
