David, Being an old Altenburg fan, and not having tried the new Smart Score Lite yet, I took a few minutes off and put your PDF through SSL (FinMac 2009b). It worked almost perfectly; I only had to add two eight notes to the final score and could play it back immediately. No false key

Henry, The problem for some of us is that our service providers (Comcast in my case) are blocking messages from SHSU so we never receive bounce messages. We see no messages on a busy list, feel deprived (in my case) and then we contact you. An IT person from SHSU needs to receive the bounce
