Hi,
I'm trying to install fink on my Mac OS 10.9 and I found this error:
gcc -O2 -o tclock ../obj_s/tclock.o -Wl,-search_paths_first -I. -I.
-I../test -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -D_DARWIN_C_SOURCE -DNDEBUG -I. -I../include
-I/sw/include -O2 -dynamic `echo "-L../lib -lform -lmenu -lpanel
-lncurses"
Thank you very much. Worked like a charm.

I do not know anything about libexpat, but… anytime a fink install references
anything in /usr/local, things are likely to break (fink never puts its own
stuff there). The generic answer is to rename /usr/local temporarily, and try
again.

install fink so that I can receive X and run GUI.
I downloaded fink-0.8.1-full.tar.gz

Hi,
I'm new to MacOSX but old to Debian/Linux/i386.
I'm trying to install fink on OSX 10.2.
The install fails with this error, which is not in the fink FAQ:
find-0.5.3-installer.dmg install failed because of error 95: no
mountable filesystems
Any help appreciated,
