Gary, Do NOT confuse the "Line In" and "Line Out" pins on the FlexWire connector with any type of audio signals. They are communications lines for a firewire-type communications port. The FlexWire connector is for communicating with 3rd-party peripherals, such as the Universal Controller Board (
