as i understood the code the variable Starved is supposed to
be set true, if there is not enough fuel. the only place where this
variable is set, was in FGEnginge::ConsumeFuel(). The the function
simply returned if TanksWithFuel==0, without setting Starved anywhere ...

i have some some questions regarding the engine and fuel system.
1. i've set the the fuel quantity of all tanks of the 737-300 to
zero (by hand in the property tree), but the engines continued
running. this looks a little bit strange for me :)
2. i've tried to set the cutoff
is, are there other child nodes than bomb nodes? then you
should test if you have a bomb node before getting the dropped property.
