Apparently if i read correctly the doc for both Asterisk and openPBX there is no need for special hardware. I'm still a bit fuzzy on how the whole thing works though, does it have a server you connect to? Martin you seem to know a bit about it, can you enlighten me and maybe if i choose to do so

I added a Teamspeak server on my machine. It is accessible at:mpserver03.flightgear.orgwhich is the same as my server since I use the default port (8767). The server is up 24/7. So for those of you who want to communicate a little more easier while flying on the MP server, this server is for you.
