A-10 can have FM Homing, ILS, TACAN set on 3 separate devices, while two
other radio sets are used for communication.

wouldn't fit in a single dialog. Readme files could help but they lake
of graphics. So I started to use the wiki as the main help source.

California doesn't appear in phonebook.txt.
It's KNID, China Lake Naval Air Weapons Station.
