file and copy and pasted the text into FrameMaker (6.0p405 on Win XP) as
text. Everything was fine until I went to print the resulting PDF (Acrobat

Before I plunk down hard-earned cash on an FM upgrade I don't particularly
want, I thought I'd ask if anyone is running FM 7.2 in XP mode on Windows 7 and
if so, how well it's working. Any gotchas that might influence my decision?

I am not running it in XP mode

The XP mode that Linda is referring to is an ability of some newer computers
and W7 to run virtual sessions for XP applications. This requires both
newish hardware to support the virtual mode and W7 virtualization software.

I was using Windows 7 and accessing my work desktop and files through
Remote Desktop. I have no idea if one of those caused Frame 9 to freak
out, but I've never seen this kind of file corruption before and it
borders on the bizarre.
