My company purchase TC 2017 a little over a year ago, and 44 days after the purchase, I remember the number because Adobe fussed a little, an upgrade came out. After pushing Adobe, they gave it to me no charge. I would guess you will have no problem getting the latest version. -Original

Yes, the different page layouts are usually applied by hand, although there is a way to use the mapping tables on reference pages to apply them based on a paragraph tag.
