Hi Frame experts
I have FM files with long lists of paragraph and character formats. Cleaning
up this list and getting rid of some formats is not an option because these
are structured FM files, generated from XML files. Some formats have font
size 11 pt, others 13 pt and I wish to set the font
Hi all,
I maintain four different operation manuals and occasionally work on more
than one of them at a time. Is there a way to increase the number of recent
files shown at the bottom of the Files drop-down menu?
Thanks,

If these are colors with names something like RGB256,256,256,
Jack,
The most likely reason for this is that the files contain PNG files that are
24-bit. There's some kind of bug in Frame that inherits these color
definitions, but it doesn't seem to be hurtful, just messy. If you do have
PNGs in use, even if you clean up the definitions, they'll repopulate.

Change your 8-bit PNGs to 24-bit. (There's surprisingly little increase
in size, in my experience.)

I did some testing once and created two documents, where the only

I know that I've successfully used something like Esc-m-p to shrink-wrap
the anchored frame to the graphic inside. The frame shrank, but
everything else stayed the same.
However, when I do it now, yes, it gets shrink-wrapped, but it also
changes the anchoring position of the anchored frame

You need the ShrinkwrapAsIs plugin.
See http://www.martinek.us/shrinkwrap.html to download it. Note: I run
it successfully with FM8, although I never bothered to update the web
page to say so.

1. Create a dummy file of your template with no paragraph or character

2. Import the paragraph or character tags you wish to "fix" into the

Performed redaction (blackout or whiteout to "sanitize" a document) from

I can use lightweight redaction, meaning that the underlying information
might still be in the output file-because in this case the deliverable is on
