Graphical format for conversion to Eclipse Help

2009-07-31 Thread mathieu jacquet

Dear Framers,

is there a specific graphical format to respect when developing a non
structured doc in FrameMaker (7.2 on XP) with a view to converting it later to
Eclipse Help (or any other HTML help by the way). I am saving my screenshots as
.png. Will it be ok for the conversion?

Thank you all,

FM9 does let you save as FM 7 MIF. I haven't tested this in detail,
though. FM8 had the same ability, but had a problem with number
formats where the bullet char was still in Unicode, which won't work
in 7. I don't know if that was fixed in 9. Caveat emptor!
