I'm sorry, I guess I wasn't clear enough. The GroupTitlesIX paragraph tag does not appear in the PDF setup dialog at all. It is not part of our FrameMaker template. If you remove it from the Reference page, FrameMaker puts it back. If you remove it from the paragraph catalog, FrameMaker puts it

Sometimes when I open and start paging through a FrameMaker file, I'll get several pages in, press Page Down and instead of getting the next page, I'm taken back to the first page. This isn't a huge problem, and I have never noticed any serious consequences. It just happened again and I'm
