This now works similar to a standard printer setup. If you wish to change the
default settings, you must do it from the printer control panel. If you wish to

Are you selecting all the files in the book and then doing PDF Setup
for all of them? That works fine for me. If the files don't all have
the same PDF settings, then the book's PDF settings are a mix of all
of them.
