Try ZipGenius. After installation, select the files in Windows Explorer,
right-click, go to ZipGenius, then select the middle option. It zips all
the files and leaves the zip in the current directory, so you know where
it is. It's freeware.

I use it, I like it, and have paid for it. However, remember, it
changes the imported document and image links for all the files in
the project, so you cannot return that file to the original book.
