Before you start looking for a translation company have a look at your manuals
and documentation and check if these are suited for translation. There are many
guidelines available (on the internet, perform a search for 'guide to
localization' or similar), also from FrameMaker users
We are having a problem with Frame documents saved as XML, whereby single
quotes are appearing as a Chinese character when viewed in Structured
FrameMaker. Here's the explanation from my colleague:]

thoughts on how to set up a FrameMaker flow to accommodate this
structure and what I'd need to do to Frame to compose pages in Arabic???

Maybe. Depends on how closely you're EDD and DTD match. If you generate your
DTD from your EDD, you might be able to get away with the default R/W rules.

I would try it without creating R/W rules and see how it turns out. Your
basic elements and attributes should be fine, but some of your objects
(graphics, etc.) may require them. The R/W rules section in the Structured
Applications developers guide explains the default behavior of elements

In my Acrobat (5 Pro), I picked File > Open Web Page and pasted the URL into
the dialog box. Acrobat cheerfully downloaded it for me.
