Hi Jon,
This problem has two solutions:
Again install your FM 7.2 and the Acrobat 7.0 for windows (complete software
and not the acrobat reader alone) because in this only you will find
installation for PDF printer and this you can see in your printer and faxes.

Hi Jon,
By mistake I wrote that the problem has two solutions in my previous mail,
so please ignore it. Actually I also faced the same problem and I
re-installed the FrameMaker and Adobe PDF (other software related to it) in
my system and it worked fine for me.

Jon,
Have these files ever worked, or do other files or other applications work?

Thank you Nidhi! I was actually able to solve the problem by rebooting

Hi Jon
Check that you've got a FILE: port in your printer settings. Updating
Acrobat can kill it, and FM can't make PDFs without it.
1. From the Start menu select Settings Printers and Faxes.
2. In the Printers and Faxes window, right-click on any printer and
select Properties.
3.
I have used MTG many times to do this. It works quite well if all of the
chapters, preface, toc, etc., use the same template. If you use different
layouts, however, it takes a little work to set it up.
