Hi Jon, This problem has two solutions: Again install your FM 7.2 and the Acrobat 7.0 for windows (complete software and not the acrobat reader alone) because in this only you will find installation for PDF printer and this you can see in your printer and faxes. Regards, Nidhi Bansal

Hi Jon, By mistake I wrote that the problem has two solutions in my previous mail, so please ignore it. Actually I also faced the same problem and I re-installed the FrameMaker and Adobe PDF (other software related to it) in my system and it worked fine for me. Regards, Nidhi Bansal

Diane, I'm not sure if this is relevant in your case, but I have found that if I have a character format on even one word in a title, figure name, or table name, then that will render my TOC, LOF, or LOT entry with no link beyond that word. You might verify that this is not the case for your

I discovered that the release notes came out the same size as everything else once I generated the complete book. But the TOC issue with hyperlinks still stumps me. I'm working in a stand-alone environment with unstructured FrameMaker 7.2 and Adobe 8.0 on a Window XP machine. I print the book to

Hi Jon Check that you've got a FILE: port in your printer settings. Updating Acrobat can kill it, and FM can't make PDFs without it. 1. From the Start menu select Settings Printers and Faxes. 2. In the Printers and Faxes window, right-click on any printer and select Properties. 3.

I have used MTG many times to do this. It works quite well if all of the chapters, preface, toc, etc., use the same template. If you use different layouts, however, it takes a little work to set it up. Diane Gaskill -Original Message- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]
