My Frame 11 license has stopped working. This hasn't happened to any of

When you say "ePub", do you mean WebWorks ePublisher or something else?
If you mean WebWorks ePublisher, the suggestion in this article might help

Everybody using FM10 had a similar experience a few years ago when

Nope, not that - I've got FM11 & 12 on my machine & neither are hassling me
like that FM10 bug
