Hi Nancy -
If you open all files in the book and select them, you can then go to
View Zoom 100%.
If you want all the files to be 120% (my favorite zoom level), you would
then select View Zoom In. That will take it up a notch on the
standard zoom ladder.

Yep. We had a similar problem, and the Windows hotfix cleared it up. It
was a PostScript issue.
