Frame 9 UI Scren Mode and Tab Icon Issues
Hi, Megha, I have the same problem on my computer. Toggling the screen mode often presents a different page than the one I am currently viewing, even if I clicked in the page to be sure it is the active page. I did some playing and discovered the following: 1. Toggling screen mode works fine, _if_ .fm files are the only files open. 2. If I also open a .book file, screen mode toggling breaks. Toggling to Full Screen or Full Screen with Menus causes the view to jump to a different page. Toggling to Standard Screen mode displays the correct page, however. 3. So it appears that having a .book file open is causing a conflict. 4. Note: I removed all plugins before testing, to be sure it wasn't a plugin conflict. Frame 9 UI Scren Mode and Tab Icon Issues
I'm using the Authoring workspace, Megha, and I can reproduce this consistently. For example, in the file I will send you under separate cover, I was working on page 8. When I clicked on the "UI visibility" button, it immediately took me to page 10, the last page in the chapter. When I clicked again to return, it brought me back to Page 6. Hi, Megha, FWIW and to add what may be a slightly new wrinkle to #2: I'm using FM 9 in TCS 2, with the latest patch, and XP SP 2, and I find that when I toggle in and out of the UI that I do not come back to the spot in the chapter where I was working. Instead, I land at the end of the chapter and have to find my way back. Any suggestions?
