I am wondering if there is any simple route from a hyperlinked PDF to
ePub/eBook formats. I have no experience of the latter, but would like to offer
a FrameMaker - ePub service in future. Any advice would be welcome.

EPubFm2 plugin:

Calibre is a fantastic utility and certainly should be in any EPUB or Kindle publisher's toolbox!
