Hi John
That is excellent news. I don't use Mif2Go myself, but I have
been following this thread.
On 2 occasions in the past we have had problems with our company
anti-virus software interfering with how FrameMaker worked. In

Hurrah John! ;-)
I have been following this thread with interest and sympathy, but have not
posted because I know nothing about Mif2Go, having never used it.
However, as a 64,000-foot view of inexplicable problems, I would be inclined to
*always* suspect AV software until it is proven innocent.
I restarted Malware Bytes and set up exceptions for c:\omsys and c:\project
and everything seems to work now.
Go to Settings > Malware Exclusions > Add Folder.
I probably did not need both, but I did not want to waste time exploring
yet.
I'll post more as I learn it.

That is scarey, John. It would be good to know what exactly MWB thought it
needed to prevent Mif2Go from accessing; lots of us use MWB. Please look at the
MWB history list, once your deadline is met, and see if you can determine what
happened. Then share that info with [mif2go].

ran to completion. Now I will disconnect my computer from the internet and
get to work...

ps: mif2Go does run - it successfully mif-washes the files. It just does
not finish the output for XHTML or any other type of output, even with a
mif2xhtml.ini file that uses only the default settings.

A week from today I am supposed to present this project to the CEO. I have
half the content that I need, but then FM/Mif2Go stopped working and since
then I am at a dead stop.
The issue is that Mif2Go no longer runs, with this error:
Mif2Go failed for file: C:\Project\ActifioConnector.xhtml
