I have just finished shooting 20 rolls of super 8 for a fiction film which I
must now send across the globe for processing: from Lausanne, Switzerland to
Los Angeles, CA.
My paranoia is stalling this process as I scramble to figure out how

I got a package deal including the rolls, the developing, and digitalization

You need an MP4 file. That means it's encoded using H.264
compression. Don't bother with Quicktime. Don't bother with any other
compression types. They will take too long to upload.
If it's standard definition (DVD quality), make sure it's encoded
