from Georges Monca. There is so little information on the web about this

Thank you!!

Yes, that’s a serious consideration, especially when dealing with a
I did a project recently that involved a ton of subtitles, but that were
already formated in .srt files. here are a couple links to tools for
managing that in FCP X:

The 1960 Agfa book says it's 64 ASA. There are processing directions
using Agfa chemistry that hasn't existed for years. If I had an old roll
of exposed Gevapan 30, I'd probably develop it as if it were Plus-X
negative, possibly adding benzotriazole and extending development to

When reading it can be hard to track a long line of text that goes all the
way to the edges of the screen. That's probably why it's recommending you
keep it short. You don't want your viewers to have to think about moving
their eyes from left to right and missing the visual action.

I've done a lot of googling. Came up with a lot of conflicting information, and
that's why I threw it out to frameworks.
If your best response is "google it"... why bother responding?
Most of the recommended fonts are ones that I don't have in the Avid SubCaps

Standard printing and screen fonts, like Verdana, are not good for subs. The
strokes are too thin and the detail too fine to render well in video and
provide maximum readability. There are a number
Thanks, Todd – that’s really helpful! It does seem like one could figure out
something using rewinds. I notice one difference between the loaders is that on
mine the end of the center axle ends with a pulley wheel. Which makes me think
there was another part to it that would turn the belt.

Hi Carl,
Here's a link to some photos of the loader:

Not sure if I've set it up correctly, or there aren't parts missing,
but it works. I'm sure you could rig something up with rewinds and a

Does anyone have information about this film stock:

Aha! It's a Nikor tank, you didn't say that!
There is an external loading frame then.
But you should be able to load it by hand without it.
There should be discussion in the Kodak pamphlet on small batch
reversal processing.
