Actually, in addition the ZKM, there is Guy Spiller in Richmond, VA who has been a wealth of resources on obscure video formats. But.. a transverse scanning Norelco? I think you'd have to build a machine to play it back, but since you wouldn't have to do it in realtime the scanner precision
