maybe you have noticed that tooltip support goes dead after you switch themes.
(after you change to another theme, tooltips won't display).
resolution:
that happens because for some reason in Win32Window::CreateTooltips()
is this code:

Yeah, these two are the main things that cripple development of new plugins
and features (that are advanced or complex enough to need configuration):
1) No support for custom dialogs/preferences. Actually I think preferences
