Oh, good, we can concentrate on the merits of Matt's plans then, Thanks.
Sorry for doubting it was you Matt. Past trolls sewed seeds of doubt!

With 5.0-RC1 /usr/libexec/ld-elf.so.1 is not installed by `cd
/usr/src;make install` the date stamp remains old.
(Most other stuff is installed, except kerberos & _p.a libs etc)
Presumably make world will update it (running now),
but it shouldn't need a `world' just an `install
perhaps more to fix on FreeBSD side ?
Any Ideas ?
PS I'ts not actually using 192.168.53 but 192.168.??,
but changed for email to protect `the innoocent` :-)

But only current people know such things, not 4.* users,
as rdist is still in newest release 4.7.
So it'd be good to install /RELNOTES.TXT to hard disc.

5.0-DP2 (unlike 4.7) has no src/usr.bin/rdist - just ports/net/rdist6
rdist6 is supposed to be better, but no rdist after basic install is a pain.
Has this been well debated already ? or should I file a Send-PR ?

not,
& that the install just exits that stage after 1st config.
Suggestion
Ensure install offers to config all ethernets, not just the first.
Other than that, seems to be fine, & has solved a problem my box
had with 4.7 & stable (but that's another thread, post pending).
