Missing KDEprint printer choices?

Hello Family, I normally can use KDEprint's setup tool, (A) Add printer/class (B) Click "next" on the popup screen and then see scores of printer makes and models to choose from. I see nothing in my FreeBSD-6.2 offerings. I use KDEprint on all my Unix based OS's and KDEprint is fully poplula

the problem so I jumped it as a "slave" on the Promise card (now it's /dev/ad5) AND LINUX STILL BOOTED IT off the Promise controller Windows 2000 never saw the drive hanging off the Promise controller either. Only FreeBSD was able to tackle the drive successfully. -- Bill School
