something different about different sticks? Do these
little sticks really have firmware?
You ponder that, I'm gonna go drop some cash on a new
USB stick, hope that's it.

, the first thing it
#tries to do is load the kernel into memory. I just
#double checked and the kernel is located on the stick

to #someone else before.

p.s. just a shot in the dark, but does anyone think
grub might not be able to load
find loader
anymore.
Alright I'll leave it there. (Starving for that little
morsel of knowledge out there that will unlock this!)

Alright, that's all. I'm sorry for the length of this
post, it's my first one, and I have seriously dredged
pretty hard on my own for a solution. Thanks again.

Have a look at /usr/share/examples/cvsup/standard-supfile
You probably want something like this:
*default host=cvsup15.us.freebsd.org
*default base=/var/db
*default prefix=/usr
*default release=cvs tag=RELENG_6_2
*default delete use-rel-suffix

Hi,
I've got a Cyclom-8y, that was working under Linux, but I can't get any

dmesg says:

Ah, well, I upgraded my other ThinkPad from 600 to 600E to get the 16M

Hi,
I'm from Belgium and I'm very interested in FreeBSD. I've planned to create a
french website about it (commands, how-to's and so on...).
I'd like to use the official (brand new) FreeBSD logo, or even Beastie, but I
wonder if I can do it legally or not...
Could you tell me more about it ?
, FreeBSD, or Apache?

packages like mtools that just use the device file and never actually
mount the device -- this isn't really acceptable either...
For now, I have a ufs filesystem, I automatically mount on insertion and I
manually have to unmount. Anything better to be doing?
