Hi,
I've written 2 documentations, if someone wants to test the latest development
releases especially:
- multimedia/xfce4-parole
- x11-wm/xfce4-wm
- x11-wm/xfce4-desktop
Screenshots are also available.

Hi folks,
New stable version of Parole has been published today, but it depends

I wonder if these ports need to be in ports tree or we must wait.
This release brings lot of changes:

Hi,
I've just updated the Xfce repository [1], now hosted on RedPorts.
If someone is interesting, here [2] documentation how to upgrade your desktop.
Keep in mind these libraries are still development version.
Note: Libraries tagged '4.11' run fine with our ports tree, unlike 'trunk'
branch.

Hi,
In the latest status report (not yet published), I mention, the new development
repository [1] (hosted on RedPorts).
So if someone wants to test latest core components and Parole
(multimedia/xfce4-parole), I wrote documentation [2], [3] to update your ports

Hi,
New release (targetted development) has been published yesterday. It's already
present in Xfce repository [1].
This release is mostly bugfix. As xfce4-mixer uses old GStreamer API (0.10) not
anymore maintained by upstream, so I wonder, if it's interesting to replace our
previous port.

Hi,
Below, status report concerning the Xfce project under FreeBSD.
There were no major updates in ports tree, except cosmetic changes (fix
pkg-plist, switch to USES= libtool, etc.).
But, the Xfce team continues to keep each piece of the Xfce Desktop up to date.
That's why we're working on the

Patch is available here [1] or in Xfce devel repository (in 4.12 branch).
Crash is related to Clutter and OpenGL.

Hi,
Today, I submitted an update of deskutils/xfce4-tumbler to 0.2.0 [1]. It's a
major update (tumblerd now use GDbus instead of DBus Glib as < 0.1.9x
releases). Personally I used devel releases for while without problem. If you
will use this release, you should rebuild Thunar (an update [2] is
