Follow-up Comment #4, bug #24359 (project freeciv): Actually it looks like qt-bug, it creates state of qfiledialog and saves it not asked, so it will create directory even if cancel pressed, I checked windows and nothing was created there. I'll post bug to bugreports.qt.io.
