A second release candidate of Freeciv 2.3.0 is now available. It fixes
a small number of bugs in the previous release candidate.
Unless a showstopper bug is found during the coming 7 days, this will
become the final golden version of Freeciv 2.3.0.

main window size is Ok, but the minimap size is so small that the scroll bars

Both trunk and S2_3 fails if there is no C++ compiler while
./autogen.sh --enable-client=no

Problem is sqlite3 check that uses c++.
1) It seems that these database engine checks are executed even when database
interface is disabled (--disable-fcdb), their results are just not discarded
in that case.

TRUNK is much more complicated thing as Qt-client support requires those
