Sorry, there is no `unrar.exe' in `rarx370.exe' or previous
`rarx360.exe'.

Go to rarlabs, select the "Downloads" option on the left side menu and
in the "English Winrar and rar release" section at the top you will find
a Linux trial version. I'm not sure how long the trial lasts, but it
will get you out of a jam, and if somebody wants to program an unrar
that works for free (I've tried at least three and they didn't do the
job) that would be great. Otherwise we should pay fer what we gets.

There's a RAR for DOS on the Downloads page, but it's shareware /
trial software. Not entirely free, since you do have to pay for it if
you keep using it.

On their "Addons" page they also
list a freeware UNRAR for DOS32, if you only need to extract RAR
archives. I haven't used it, though.

UnRAR is always a part of the complete rar packages, and it's free
(check license in the package). You may simply visit
http://www.rarlabs.com/download.htm and download "RAR 3.70 for MS DOS",
install/unpack the trial, copy unrar.exe to a different folder and
delete the rest. You can find this version listed in the section
"English WinRAR and RAR release" on the download page.

Best regards,
Andre

Hi Prasad,
This is almost invariably an older version of unrar trying to uncompress
a file compressed with a newer version of rar. As Oleg noted, go to
rarlabs and get the latest version.

This is a quotes from my letter about Blocek to Ladislav Lacina and
his answer:

OOC>> I have no UnRar for DOS which is able to unpack RAR 2.9+
