Scott, if you are authenticating out of a passwd file, the mailbox for the users should be created automatically in /var/spool/mail/userid (assuming that's how you have your MTA configured). As far as an accounting system, you will have to develop one yourself or purchase a commercial one. I

Some people use a solution that does not use Session-Timeout atall. They run a daemon that checks the radutmp file every minuteor so and for every user logged in, checks their time credit inthe database and disconnects the account if it's over credit.This is quite a kludgy solution,
