$CUSTOMROOT/$CUSTOMROOT/etc/ and this would be wrong.
If you really want the script to be readable, we should change the
default value of CUSTOMROOT to $LOCALDIR/extra/customroot and it
becomes an absolute path.

Dario and I investigated and found that it is caused by the lost of
the suid root bit of /sbin/ping. mkisofs does not preserve this

We have to exit the customscripts directory when we're finished,
otherwise other plugins will fail, because they correctly assume that
we're running from ${LOCALDIR}

It enables unionfs support on the ISO.
