I'm not so sure about it. I had the impression that .ht file will not be
included in the book format. IIRC most (if not all) current .ht files
are original source
There was question of plan for transtion. My short term plans
are as follows:
- Convert .spad.pamphlet files to just Spad files. In particular
they should compile just using Spad compiler. As a preparation
