There are several ways to determine which Dual you have: look up the model
number, sales number and manufacturing dates on the back or just open the
case and count the memory slots. Then you can go to the
lowendmac.com site and read the descriptions here:

Reset the CUDA and the pram. If that doesn't work, try a new graphics card.

The info is in tiny print on a grey strip just below the clear plastic
window behind the aluminum side.
The video card will either be AGP or PCIe.
