My PPC G5 dual proc 1.8 Ghz running OS X 10.4.11, is indicating only
1 cpu in activity monitor. The machine is limping along very slowly,

I do not know if it's the same method in Tiger, but in Leopard and on you
simply create the user, move their home folder to another drive, and then
control-click their username in the Users preference pane to bring up
"advanced" where you change the home folder location to wherever you moved
it.

On my powermac g5 the drive sticks in the downward position and doesn't come
up. How can I fix this?
