When I use Tex-Edit Plus (not to be confused with TextEdit), iText 3.1.7E (Freeware at Versiontracker.com) or Microsoft Excel I am able to just open the folder that I want the file names for and select all (command-a) and copy the files (command-c) then move over to one of the above applications
