I'm sorry, Kris; where and how? I checked every item on the toolbar, Disk Utility help, and Googled the topic. I could find no way to recalibrate DU in MB. It will show the capacity of the entire disk in both GB and MB, but I could find no way to read the capacity of a single partition in MB.
