OK, I plugged my Logitech Optical Mouse into my KB which is plugged into my Belkin 4 Port USB Hub and sometimes I see the light on the bottom of the mouse flash off then on. Sometimes all 4 lights (for the ports) flash off and then back on. It was plugged into my computer but I plugged 2 of my 3
