We have some common admin-tasks that we would like to implement on our
instance, but before doing so, we were wondering what Galaxy has already
baked it.
1. Is the Galaxy team planning to implement job_walltime for the local
runner? Currently, job_walltime is only implemented for the pbs
run

I noticed on that on the manage users page, even after deleting and
purging users (by clicking on the delete and purge buttons on that page),
their account still sticks around in the db. How does one remove these
accounts permanently? Is there a script to do this?

I noticed that the main galaxy site is up to changeset 4919, but the
Mecurial repository (http://www.bx.psu.edu/hg/galaxy) is only up to
changeset 4640. Why is there a discrepancy? Did the repository move?
