Hello listers, I can't seem to open 3 D velocity. I do have microsoft.net frame work 1.0 Installed. I also have the Microsoft.DirectX.DirectSound.dll. It said if I have this file, I didn't need to install directX 9c or some thing like that. Can some one please help? Thanks Michael ---
