John/Oz,
Just wanted to say thanks for running this game every year. I imagine it’s a
good amount of work, and we appreciate both of you doing it.

John/Oz,
Thanks for running Pick ‘em again this year. I always enjoy it, even though I
hate my results :-)

The one who had a signing ceremony, Javonte Gardner, ended up signing with
Deion Sanders at Jackson State.

I watched UNF play VCU a couple of days ago. These guys were raining in
three’s. It’s going to be an interesting game especially if the defensive
problems haven’t been worked out some. I wouldn’t be surprised if the game is
close deep into the second half.

Hmm. The last time I saw an OL coach also be OC it didn't work out too
Charley Pell as one of the greatest program builders? Sure, I'm on
board with that. He built Clemson into a national champion, and UF
into a should-have-been national champion.
Charley Pell as one of the greatest coaches? I don't agree. He
coached so tight sometimes he squeezed the air out
I think this is one of those games where the stats don't really reflect
how dominating Bama was against us. It felt to me like they took the
foot off the gas after the INT returned for a TD in the 3rd quarter.
If they wanted to, they could have kept pounding it and doing whatever
they wanted.
Caveat: I only saw the second half
Good to see the snap issues straightened out. All of them seemed to
come up right to chest level so Brantley could just look down the field.
It looked miserable hot out there. I'm surprised more players didn't go
out with cramps or dehydration.

Definitely not the best game I've ever seen the Gators play.
I can't explain why the snaps from center were so bad, but as far as the
OL performance overall, I saw a lot of names I didn't expect to see.
For example, I saw a lot of Halapio. I also saw Harrison and
Silberman. Maybe some of th
Sentreal Henderson did sign with UM. It was Chris Martin that

Isn't the rule that once he starts attending classes, he would have to
transfer and sit a year?
