Now, we run dependencies by this way: 1) remove the direct dev dependencies manually 2) run `npm-license-crawler --dependencies --relativeLicensePath --csv license.csv`. 3) Run https://github.com/apache/incubator-skywalking/blob/master/tools/releasing/generate-ui-depedencies.py script 4) Do so
